Job Description
Join our West Wyalong team as a Laboratory Technician, where you’ll help prepare and analyse samples accurately, safely and on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced laboratory workplace, takes pride in quality work and values teamwork and safety.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Understanding of the processes in the preparation and analysis of samples by AAS and ICP.
Day to day upkeep of analytical and sample preparation equipment.
Delivery of quality samples to both internal and external customers.
Understanding of assay methods and recognition of sample types.
All functions to be performed in correct numerical order, while adopting QC requirements and avoiding potential contamination.
Expected to completed QC and process paperwork adequately.
