Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our small, high-performing team. This is a wide-ranging role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing orders, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.

As a key member of our team, you will:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide product recommendations and technical guidance
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Build solid relationships with customers and suppliers
Assist with warranty enquiries and claims
Support inventory and stock management activities
Help with warehouse operations and goods movement when required
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service
