Job Description

Oaks Perth Hotel is seeking two Part time Cooks to join our kitchen team on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate hospitality specialists to be part of a agile team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our kitchen while delivering quality food and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals.
Cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations.
Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service.
Maintain proper food storage, safety and hygiene standards.
Keep the kitchen clean,



organised and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Position Details:
Two Part-Time positions available.
Fixed-term contracts to provide maternity leave coverage.
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
Shifts scheduled across breakfast and dinner service periods.
Immediate start available.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday to Friday: $27.97 per hour
Saturday: $34.96 per hour
Sunday: $41.96 per hour
