Avani Broadbeach Residences is excited to expand our housekeeping department, with Part Time prospects now available for a Common Area Housekeeper / Cleaners

The Housekeeping department is integral to ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining productivity, and upholding the high standards of cleanliness and presentation set by Minor Hotels. The Common Area Cleaner involves servicing, cleaning, and maintaining shared guest areas throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and maintaining all common guest areas to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are always hygienic and visually appealing.
Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.




Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
Building strong, skilled relationships with team members and guests to help foster a positive, respectful work workplace.

Shift Details:
Monday to Sunday rotating roster
MUST be available to work a rotating roster across morning and afternoon shifts.
Shifts scheduled across:
6.00am - 12pm
12.00pm - 5.00pm

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $26.44 per hour
Saturday: $33.05 per hour
Sunday: $39.66 per hour
