• Manage subcontractors and trades - primary project point person in dealing with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.

• Oversee the day-to-day progress of your assigned projects.

• Prepare tenders and contract bids.

• Plan, schedule, implement, operate and coordinate activities/work programs to meet deadlines.

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Handle quality control – oversee standard and progress of subcontractors’ work.

• Inspect all work.

• Negotiate bills with subcontractors.

Qualifications/Skills Required: Degree Level and /or Five years relevant work experience.
