Are you a detail-oriented systems support professional looking to make a direct impact on business technology workflows? We are seeking a proactive CRM Support Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for platform enquiries, streamline service delivery, and enhance user adoption. Working alongside senior specialists, you will triage support requests, optimise operational processes, and help non-technical stakeholders get the absolute most out of enterprise software solutions.

What You Will Do:
Act as the primary point of contact to triage, track, and coordinate end-to-end CRM support requests and operational enquiries.
Assist internal stakeholders in maximising Salesforce functionality while identifying emerging business software needs.
Support continuous process improvement by refining system workflows, service delivery, and operational documentation.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management activities, service reporting, and governance reviews.
Develop transparent user guides, quick reference resources, and procedure documentation to promote consistent data practices.





What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality user support and building cooperative relationships across diverse teams.
Technical aptitude with Microsoft 365 and exposure to enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Solid organisational and coordination skills to track multiple requests through to resolution with acute attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
Practical problem-solving capabilities focused on continuous process improvement and maintaining information governance standards
