Cliff Top Health Centre is a thriving, multidisciplinary chiropractic clinic located in beautiful Port Noarlunga South. We’re a dedicated team passionate about helping our community take a holistic approach to health and well-being.

We’re currently seeking a warm, confident, and capable Chiropractic Receptionist to join our friendly team 1.5 days per week, preferably on a Tuesday (8:30am-6:00pm) and a Friday (8:30am - 1:00pm) with the possibility for some flexibility of days for the right applicant. The ability to occasionally cover additional shifts during staff leave (sick or annual) is also required.

Essential Requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced workplace
Robust computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
Experience working in a healthcare or customer service setting
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and problem solving capabilities
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends

Prefer but not essential
Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant




Familiarity with Cliniko practice management software

Main duties include:
Managing phone and email communications, including responding to patient enquiries
Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPS and online systems
Greeting and welcoming patients, coordinating patient flow, and providing information about clinic services
Booking, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry
Balancing and reconciling end-of-day takings (cash, EFTPOS and HICAPS)
Providing general administrative support to practitioners and the wider team
Light cleaning and maintaining a high standard of clinic presentation

We’re looking for someone who is confident, customer service oriented, and professional, with strong communication and computer skills. They can multi-task under pressure and take pride in providing skilled, high-quality, patient-focused service.
