Tier 2 options also available.

Tier 1 project is within healthcare & Tier 2 options available within mixed use & accommodation projects up to $100M.

*At least 2 year's commercial construction experience needed to be considered; a construction management degree is an advantage.

Your recent role
Administer contracts and support commercial management to ensure projects finish on time and on budget.
Prepare procurement documentation and ensure subcontractor and supplier obligations
PO's, claims, forecasts, file management, cost and budgets
Manage contract correspondence, job files, document control, and non-conformance reporting.




Support programming, risk management, and performance monitoring with the Site Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in contract administration within commercial buildings, must have experience as a main builder
A Construction Management qualification is an advantage.
2+ years working on projects $5M+
