About The Chance

The primary purpose of this position is to independently manage a family law caseload while supervising and supporting junior legal staff.

Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own family law matters with autonomy
Developing personalised, tailored solutions for each client
Supervising and mentoring a junior lawyer from time to time
Delivering proactive,



empathetic and responsive client management
Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and dispute resolution

About You

The successful candidate will have:
An unrestricted practising certificate
Ideally 4+ years PAE, with the ability to work independently
Confidence supervising and mentoring junior staff
Demonstrated family law experience
