About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Pool & Spa Service Technician to join the team at Poolwerx Bathurst.(No experience required ), all on-the-job training with a traineeship available for the right applicant.

This is a full-time role based in Bathurst and surrounding areas, NSW 2795, offering a competitive salary and excellent advantages. As a Pool & Spa Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing pools and spas for residential and commercial clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing
Providing professional installation, maintenance and repair services for pools and spas
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing effective solutions
Performing routine water testing, chemical treatments and equipment inspections
Advising clients on the optimal operation and maintenance of their pool or spa
Maintaining detailed records and job reports
Ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications and experience, if available, as a Pool & Spa Service Technician
Solid technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment




Knowledge of water chemistry and pool/spa maintenance best practices
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
A clean driving licence and the ability to travel to client sites
A team-oriented approach and commitment to workplace health and safety
