Preferred Requirements




Proven restaurant management experience in casual dining or similar hospitality settings
Strong track record managing front-of-house teams, service standards, and guest experience
Positive food and beverage knowledge, this role also encompasses bar and beverage skillset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Rostering, ordering and understanding of menu development and costings ideal.

Preferred Qualifications
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification a MUST
