This role would suit someone with a solid background in estimating, contract administration or project coordination for shopfitting and commercial fit-out projects, who is ready to broaden their responsibilities and progress into a full Project Management position.

About the Role: Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal team, you will be involved throughout the project lifecycle — from initial planning and estimating through to delivery and completion.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial fit-out and shopfitting projects from commencement through to completion
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, trades and site activities
Managing project schedules, budgets and timelines
Reviewing plans, specifications, scopes and project requirements
Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
Managing variations, costs and project documentation
Monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise
Working closely with estimating and contract administration functions





We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the commercial construction or fit-out workplace and is ready to take the next step.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience within commercial fit-out or shopfitting
Estimating, contract administration or project coordination experience
Valuable understanding of construction processes, and documentation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
A genuine interest in progressing your career into Project Management
