We are currently seeking a Factory Hand to join a busy steel manufacturing yard based in Ballina. This is a full-time Monday to Friday role, starting at 7:00am, working 8-hour shifts. Training will be provided, making this a great prospect for someone looking to build experience in the manufacturing and construction supply industry.

Key Responsibilities
Welding steel products
Loading steel onto trucks using a forklift
Loading steel onto pallets
Packing steel products according to order sheets
Operating machinery used to manufacture reinforcing bars
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory

What We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Forklift Licence
Willingness to complete pre-employment screening,



including drug and alcohol testing
No pre-existing injuries and ability to safely perform physical duties

$40.17 per hour + superannuation
