Based in Perth, our client provides electrical, plumbing and roofing services to the Perth community. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Roof Plumber to join their team full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roof plumbing works across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Spray Painter
Pressure clean, degrease and prepare surfaces prior to coating applications.Perform repairs and preparation works.
Apply primers, sealers and roof coatings using spray equipment and rollers.
Ensure even coverage and high-quality finishes.
Set up, operate and maintain airless spray painting equipment and associated tools.
Operate spray painting equipment to apply protective and decorative coatings to commercial structures, machinery, and building exteriors.
Maintain painting equipment and tools.Mix and match paint products to achieve specified colours and finishes,Remove rust, scale, and old paint using hand and power tools.
Spray Painting
Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, scraping and masking.
Paint interior and exterior of structures.
Apply undercoats, primers and finishing coats.
Repair minor surface defects before painting.
Protect surrounding areas from paint overspray or damage.
Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
White Card (Construction Induction Card).
Working at Heights certification (preferred).
EWP licence (desirable).
Police Clearance (if required).
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test if requested.
