Our team consists of only experienced and long-term consultants with average tenure well over 5 years.

We are looking for a star player to join our Newcastle team. This role is work-from-home with office/team visits. Full or part time (e.g. 4 days/wk or 9 day fortnight) available.

You will need:
to be highly experienced in workplace rehabilitation
to have a strong reputation for high-quality service delivery, professionalism and integrity
to be reliable, accountable and commercially aware
to be trusted by colleagues, clients and customers
to be able to build solid stakeholder relationships and generate repeat business
to be able to work independently and autonomously

Key Responsibilities:

Principal Rehabilitation Consultant:
manage a senior caseload including complex return to work cases
deliver high quality injury management and return-to-work services
develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships
support colleagues through peer reviews and mentoring
conduct collaborative case reviews with key clients
participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and service delivery





Essential Requirements:
degree qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling with current relevant registration (AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC)
demonstrated success in managing complex workplace rehabilitation cases within the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme and/or other personal injury schemes
high attention to detail to support quality activities
ability to build trust quickly with injured workers, employers, insurers and colleagues
flexibility, adaptability and ability to work autonomously
full and current NSW Driver’s Licence and satisfactory Police Check
