Role Description

As the Perks Officer, you will play a key role in supporting perks management, realisation and evaluation activities across a range of programs and projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and measure benefits, analyse performance and outcomes and develop reporting and insights that support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Support benefits management and benefits realisation activities across programs, projects and initiatives.
Collect, analyse and interpret advantages data and supporting evidence.
Support quantitative and qualitative evaluation and analysis activities.
Assist with economic analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and return-on-investment analysis.
Develop and monitor advantages measures, indicators and evaluation frameworks.
Contribute to the development and improvement of perks frameworks, methodologies, tools and reporting approaches.
Prepare reports, briefs, dashboards and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
Review and validate advantages assumptions, evidence and reporting.




Work closely with stakeholders to support consistent identification, measurement and reporting of benefits and disbenefits.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.

About You:
Experience in advantages management, benefits realisation, program evaluation or performance measurement.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Experience supporting economic evaluation, cost-benefit analysis or performance measurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing reports, briefs, dashboards or presentations for different audiences.
Ability to work independently under limited direction and manage competing priorities.

Experience in benefits management, program evaluation, public policy, economics, statistics, data analytics or related disciplines would be highly regarded.
