Our company is seeking someone who has experience in DATA Entry & Customer Service to join our rapid-paced DYNAMIC Company.

A sound knowledge of the English language is required.

Knowledge of SAP & EXCEL software is essential, however full training will be provided for the successful applicant. General duties include:
First Point of Call for Pricing / Stock / Order enquiries
Replying to Customer Email Enquiries
Data Entering & Navigating systems for product, customer & other respective information for swift solutions
Ability to complete tasks with a level of accuracy
Adhering to strict in-house policies and procedures
General administration tasks

Our ideal candidate will require the following attributes:
Robust and Cheerful Phone manner
Great Customer Service and Communication skills
Proficient in English including written grammar
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills




Solid time management & organisational skills
Sound knowledge of EXCEL and preferably SAP
Fast and Accurate typing
The ability to work efficiently, accurately and autonomously (attention to detail is vital)
Warm and friendly. Always keen to help the team to get the Job done!
