Nude Amigos is a busy and established restaurant specialising in contemporary Mexican cuisine. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a genuine full-time position in a rapid-paced kitchen setting.

Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Managing kitchen operations during service
Assisting with menu planning and development
Supervising and training kitchen staff
Managing stock control and ordering
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen

Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
1 year experience as a Chef
Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong organisational and teamwork skills

Employment Details:
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
Location: Cairns
