In this role you will provide leadership and oversight to a large team focused on progressing carer approvals, supporting complex carer matters, and strengthening partnerships between CSSCs, foster care agencies, and kinship assessors. The role provides oversight, advice, compliance monitoring, and service improvement initiatives to ensure children and young people are matched with protected, supported, and culturally appropriate care arrangements.
Travel is requried as the position works across two locations - Toowoomba and Ipswich.
