A2B Car Rentals are a fast growing, family owned and operated rental car company, catering to private rentals and accident replacement rentals and are seeking someone to join our team Permanent Part Time 32hours a week in Canberra, Fri-Mon 8am-5pm to start on Friday 2nd October.

This will be a diverse role that includes detailing. driving and office work and would suit someone who can work alone and with a small team, someone who wants to take ownership of their role on weekends and play an integral part in our expansion to Canberra.

We have been operating for 20 years and have a fleet of 450+ vehicles.

We work in a close-knit team and value strong work ethic.

Previous experience in the Car Rental Industry is desired but not expected.

About the role

Duties include;
Renting cars to clients
Car return
Telephone (incoming) enquiries and bookings
Office administration
Driving to pickup and drop off customers at the airport.
Detailing vehicles to a high standard.
Completing damage reports

Work hours;
Friday to Monday, 8am-5pm.

To be successful in this role:




You will have robust customer service experience and skills, ideally in a similar environment.
You will pride yourself on your sales skills and feel confident recommending products and upgrades to customers.
You will enjoy working autonomously and as part of a team.
You will have intermediate computer skills be able to adapt quickly to a recent system
You will hold a current drivers licence
You will be confident driving a range of vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions and larger vehicles.
You will be punctual, reliable and well presented.
You will have a positive attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and offer help in any department.
Ability to work autonomously.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
