We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers in Croydon area to join our growing team and make a genuine difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants based on individual care plans
Assist clients with daily living tasks including personal care, showering, grooming, and dressing
Support with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
Facilitate community access, social outings, and recreational activities
Assist with mobility and transfers using secure manual handling practices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes and incident reports
Support clients in building life skills, independence, and achieving their NDIS goals
Ensure all services are delivered with respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

Requirements
Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience as a support worker.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government guidelines)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work across different shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Desirable
Manual handling and medication administration training
