We are seeking a friendly, confident, and qualified Front Desk / Retail Assistant to join our busy car dealership team in Brisbane.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for customers and will play an key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily dealership operations, and creating a welcoming experience for clients.

Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
Managing front desk enquiries and customer appointments
Assisting with vehicle sales administration and dealership paperwork
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area




Providing a positive customer experience from enquiry through to purchase

About you:
Friendly, confident, and well-presented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Previous experience in front desk, retail, administration, or customer service roles preferred
Must currently be living in Brisbane, Australia

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week
