VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our client’s business Shepparton South Plaster in Kialla. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, supporting business growth and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Duties:
Research market demand, customer trends and opportunities for new and existing products and services.
Collect, analyse and interpret market and statistical data to support business decisions.
Develop and implement marketing objectives, policies and programs.
Conduct and coordinate market research to identify growth opportunities.
Advise management on product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Prepare marketing reports and provide practical recommendations to management.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this position, you must have:




A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in marketing, market research and business development.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, market trends and promotional activities.
Ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical marketing recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced workplace.

Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 + superannuation
