The role
You run sessions and you teach. A typical session is a short film, a concept explained plainly, then most of the time spent with students building, debugging and trying again while you move around the room.
You will:
Run courses in centre at Parramatta and live online
Prepare the room and the kit before each session, and pack it down after
Teach from our material: you do not write curriculum, you deliver it well
Keep every student moving, which mostly means knowing when to help and when to let someone struggle productively
Track progress in our staff system and unlock the next module when a student is ready
Tell us when something in a course is not landing, so we can fix it
What we need
Essential
Available weekdays between 5pm and 8:30pm, reliably
A Working with Children Check, or willing to apply before you start

Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up something current.
You do not need to know our tools; you do need to be someone who reads the instructions and works it out
Explicit spoken English and the confidence to hold a room of twelve
Reliable. A session cannot be rescheduled because someone did not show up
Desirable
Experience tutoring, coaching, scouts, sport, drama or running a classroom
Any of: LEGO Technic or robotics, coding, electronics, video, marketing, public speaking
Study or work in engineering, computer science, design, education or media.
