As a Night Shift Maintenance Fitter, you’ll be supporting production-critical equipment in our long term clients dairy processing and packaging facility. This role is suited to someone who takes ownership on shift - identifying issues early, resolving faults efficiently, and maintaining reliable equipment performance.

Location: South West Sydney
FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT

Rate: $61.55/hr (Night Shift 11pm - 7am) + Super
Additional: Additional OT opportunities

Overtime: Paid at Double Time

Your Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response, and preventative maintenance
Maintain and repair production and packaging equipment
Support reliable site operation through proactive maintenance practices
Work collaboratively with site teams to minimise downtime
Uphold WHS standards and contribute to a secure working environment

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in mechanical fault-finding and repair




Robust understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
General fabrication capability
Welding experience (Stick, TIG, MIG – advantageous)
Restricted electrical disconnect/reconnect (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using digital systems
