We’re looking for a confident, driven and people-focused Store Supervisor to join our growing team.

Bladez & Co combines barbering, streetwear clothing and footwear, and we need someone who can take ownership of the store and help keep everything running smoothly.

The role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including:
Opening & closing
Cash management
Customer service & sales
Stock integrity and store presentation
Supporting our barbers when needed
Working independently and as part of a team
Making decisions and taking ownership
Finding recent ways to improve the store and drive sales

We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 1+ year experience in retail/store operations
Is confident running a store independently
Has solid customer service and communication skills




Actually enjoys sales and wants to hit targets
Understands stock management and accuracy
Thinks outside the box and isn’t afraid to make decisions
Is reliable, energetic and takes pride in their work
Can work well with a team but is equally comfortable working alone

Weekend availability is required — minimum one weekend day per week.

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
