About the Role

As our Maintenance Planner, you will plan maintenance work, coordinate priorities and make sure jobs are clearly scoped, safely planned and ready for the team to complete. This role suits someone with facilities maintenance,



asset management or project coordination experience who enjoys improving systems and working with a broad range of people.

Key Duties
Plan regular maintenance to help prevent issues before they happen.
Create work orders with transparent instructions and safety requirements.
Organize urgent repair work to keep the resort running smoothly.
Keep maintenance records, equipment details and work history up to date.
Work with trades, supervisors, contractors and resort teams to keep priorities explicit.
