Duties

● Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre

● Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency

● Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium Methodology

● Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction

● Administer Mathnasium curriculum through the student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress

Skills and experience

● Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience

● Experience with sales and marketing is highly desirable

● Must be extremely passionate about teaching and interacting with students and parents

● Proven leadership skills and experience in a management or supervisory role

● Robust mathematics skills through primary and secondary levels





● Working with Children Check (WWCC) required

Chance to convert to full time within 6 - 8 months.

Availability - Tuesday - Saturday

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
