La Cabra Mexican is looking for a bartender to join the team at our Mordialloc venue. We have three bars across three levels—the restaurant, function room and rooftop. You’ll help deliver warm, lively service while keeping the bars organised, well stocked and ready for busy shifts.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
Preparing and serving drinks accurately and consistently
Setting up, stocking and keeping the bar clean and organised
Supporting smooth service across the bar and restaurant
Communicating clearly with floor and kitchen teammates
Looking after guests with friendly, attentive service
Following responsible-service, food-safety and workplace-safety requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Relevant bartending or hospitality experience
The ability to work confidently and efficiently in a busy,



fast-paced workplace while staying calm and organised
Explicit communication and a genuine guest-first approach
Reliability, teamwork and attention to detail
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
You must be available to work throughout the Christmas and Current Year period. La Cabra Mordialloc is closed on Christmas Day and Recent Year’s Day.
The ability to obtain and provide a valid Victorian RSA before performing any alcohol-service duties

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 38.0 per week
