Italian Pizza Town is looking for an experienced and reliable team member to join our busy pizza shop.
Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly customer service in person
Answering phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
Using the POS system and processing payments
Cutting, boxing and preparing pizzas for collection or delivery
Keeping the front counter and work areas clean and organised
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Requirements
Previous experience working in a pizza shop
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
Solid communication and customer service skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable and punctual
