EXPERIENCED CROWD CONTROLLERS / SECURITY GUARDS WANTED

Melbourne - Pubs, Bars, Nightclubs & Events

We are seeking experienced Crowd Controllers / Security Guards for regular work across Melbourne’s pubs, bars, nightclubs, functions and events.

This is a frontline crowd-control role in busy, alcohol-serving environments, it is not a static security position. We are looking for professional, confident guards who can manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Key Requirement

Candidates must have a substantial, solid build and robust physical presence suitable for demanding crowd-control and late-night venue environments.

What We’re Looking For
Substantial, solid build and solid physical presence
Previous experience in crowd control, pubs, bars, nightclubs, events or venue security
Confident dealing with difficult,



intoxicated or challenging patrons
Strong communication, judgement and de-escalation skills
Calm and skilled under pressure
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Available for evening, late-night and weekend work

Requirements
Current and valid Victorian Security Licence
Legally entitled to work in Australia
Previous crowd-control or venue-security experience highly preferred
