Bindoon Hotel is located in the picturesque Chittering Valley, 45 mins north of Perth are seeking bar/restaurant Duty Manager. 38 hrs per week, Wednesday to Sunday. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

The ideal applicant must be reliable, hard working, have excellent customer service experience, loyal and trustworthy, have sound knowledge of bar tending, set up and closing, be a quick learner and rapid on your feet. Able to lead the team, train and supervise recent staff, liaise with BOH staff

Duties include serving at bar (draught beer, wines, cocktails) taking meal orders, running plates, opening and closing procedures, general cleaning. Stock management.
