We are looking for STORE MANAGER to join our team at PERTH DFO.

Store Management:

· Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

· Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work setting





· Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritisation.

· Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time.

· Complete all weekly reporting and maintain solid communication with Area Manager

· Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance.

· Tuesday to Saturday roster

Who you are:

· Have a passion for street wear & fashion

· Strong customer service skills and standards

· Previous experience in a management role

· Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement

· Previous visual merchandising experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 per year
