Leading Hand / Site Supervisor – Modular Homes

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Leading Hand / Site Supervisor for a modular housing installation project in Glen Innes.

The modular homes are already fully constructed and will be delivered to site. This role is focused on overseeing and assisting with the placement, installation, connection and finishing works required to establish the completed homes on their prepared sites.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising and working with the site team to establish and install modular homes being delivered to site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
Previous Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor experience
Solid carpentry/construction background




Confident coordinating workers and day-to-day site activities
Hands-on and willing to work on the tools when required
Solid understanding of WHS and site procedures
Reliable, organised and driven
White Card
Current driver's licence
