Victoria By The Park is seeking experienced and dedicated Casual Registered Nurses to join their Clinical Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading teams and clinical management of health and care outcomes of our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will support care teams to ensure the highest standards of care. You will take the lead maintaining high quality care documentation. You will make decisions, deliver care plans and really get to know the residents and their families.

You need to demonstrate that you are:
Experienced in Aged Care
Passionate for Aged Care
Committed to delivering clinical and excellence in aged care




Adept at working across different nursing areas
Able to delegate effectively
Relevantly qualified and registered with AHPRA
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 *unless exemption applies

Pay: $54,839.00 – $107,274.00 per year
