The role

Our roastery team is seeking a Production Assistant to facilitate the full coffee production process.

You will:
Efficiently and precisely pack all coffee products.




Work with the dispatch team to fulfil orders and work on time-critical tasks.
Prepare green coffee, roasted coffee and packaging materials for roasters.
Assist with other general warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Being a Junior role, it is open to applicants without direct prior roastery experience, a Barista or an individual with prior coffee industry experience and a robust wish to learn and expand their skill set are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate should possess the following:
A true passion for exceptional coffee
Excellent communication skills.
A conscientious, organized and independent approach to work.
Methodical, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work autonomously, given the right training.
