Caravan Assembly Labourer – Power Tool Experience

Location: Campbellfield

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on labourers with some power tool experience to join a busy caravan production team in Campbellfield.

If you’ve worked in labouring, construction, manufacturing, warehousing or another hands-on role and you’re comfortable using basic power tools, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll be working on brand-recent caravans, helping assemble and fit components and accessories. The work is straightforward and established processes, jigs and templates are used to help you complete each task correctly.

What will you be doing?
Fitting components and accessories to brand-recent caravans
Installing windows
Fitting rear taillights
Using drills, drivers and other basic power tools
Working with nuts, bolts, screws and fasteners
Measuring and lining up components
Following simple assembly processes
Using jigs and templates to position components correctly
General hands-on assembly and fit-out work

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need to be a mechanic, tradesperson or experienced caravan builder.

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and already has some experience using power tools.

You may have experience in:




General labouring
Factory or manufacturing work
Assembly work
Automotive or 4WD work
Cabinet making or shop fitting
Fabrication
Other hands-on jobs involving tools

Experience working on cars, motorbikes, 4WDs or DIY projects at home may also be suitable if you’re genuinely comfortable using tools.

Comfortable using drills, drivers and basic hand tools
Practical and positive with your hands
Able to use nuts, bolts, screws and fasteners
Able to take basic measurements
Able to follow instructions and established processes
Reliable and ready to work
Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
Able to maintain a consistent work pace
Willing to learn different parts of the caravan assembly process

You don’t need extensive experience. If you’re a capable labourer, know your way around basic power tools and can be shown a job and get on with it, we’d like to hear from you.
