A well-established, privately owned manufacturing and services business is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to be the finance "go-to" for their WA operation.

This is a genuinely standalone, business-facing role. You'll work hands-on with Operations, Sales and Contractors day to day — not just producing month-end reporting. The business wants a finance partner who understands the commercial and operational side of the business, not someone content to sit behind a desk removed from it.

The role:
Act as the primary finance contact for the WA site, partnering closely with the General Manager, Operations, Sales and Contractors
Full end-to-end management accounting, including project and labour recovery accounting
Balance sheet reconciliations, month-end reporting and process improvement
Confidently challenge and support operational decision-making — commercial backbone and credibility with senior stakeholders is essential
Genuine day-to-day autonomy in the role





About you:
CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
Background in manufacturing, industrial, contracting or project-based environments highly regarded
Confident operating standalone and building solid relationships with non-finance stakeholders
Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, D365 or similar) an advantage
Comfortable pushing back when required, and equally comfortable building trust with senior operational leaders

On offer:
$140,000–$160,000 + Super, dependent on experience
In office role with flexibility around hours by arrangement
Genuine autonomy and a seat close to the business
