Hurricane’s Grill Castle Hill is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our growing team.

Located in the heart of Castle Towers on the Piazza, our restaurant brings the signature Hurricane’s experience to Castle Hill, offering our guests mouth-watering ribs, juicy steaks, refreshing cocktails, and an extensive selection of wines.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a rapid-paced team setting.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous bartending experience and strong knowledge of the bar, including coffee, cocktails, wine, and other beverages.
A strong commitment to service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.




Confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers.
The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
Robust spoken English, with a professional and well-presented appearance.
A valid RSA
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Applicants must be:
An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, or
Hold a valid Australian visa with full working rights.
Have regular weekend availability.
