Tilda is a one hatted restaurant in the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, sitting alongside Bar Tilda, our wine and cocktail bar. We're looking for experienced Senior Waiters to join a team that takes food and wine seriously without taking itself too seriously.

About the role
You'll be running a section across our casual fine dining floor, guiding guests through the menu and wine list, and working closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service sharp. There's real scope to grow here, including wine training and a path toward supervisor roles.

What you'll be doing
Delivering warm, skilled service across lunch and dinner
Guiding guests through our seasonal menu and extensive wine list
Running your own section during busy services
Supporting and mentoring junior floor staff
Working with the sommelier and kitchen team to keep standards high

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 to 3 years in a quality restaurant or fine dining venue
Genuine wine knowledge and an appetite to learn more
Current NSW RSA




Availability for evenings and weekends
Valid working rights in Australia
Based in Sydney and able to commute to the CBD
