We are looking for closers — not order takers.

We are expanding our solar & battery sales team and looking for experienced Sales Consultants who are confident sitting down with a homeowner, presenting the right solution and closing the deal on the day.

THE ROLE

You will attend qualified homeowner appointments across the Gold Coast and regional NSW.

Your job is straightforward:

Attend the appointment → understand the customer’s needs → design the solution → present the offer → close the sale.

No cold calling.No door knocking.No chasing hundreds of leads.

You focus on what you do best — selling.

Have proven solar & battery sales experience
Are confident closing on the day
Can build rapport quickly with homeowners
Know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
Are motivated by uncapped commission
Are skilled, reliable and self-motivated
Can manage their own appointments and pipeline
