Sales Consultant – Full-Time

We are looking for a confident, motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service, sales or similar client-facing role who is ready to bring their skills into a professional and rewarding real estate setting.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Assisting with the marketing and sale of residential and rural properties
Following up leads and enquiries
Conducting property inspections and appointments
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Assisting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
Working towards sales targets and achieving results

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
Previous experience in sales or a customer-focused role




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust time management and organisational abilities
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Sound computer skills
Good negotiation skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a progressive team
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
A genuine interest in sales and building a career in real estate
A current P1 or higher Driver Licence
A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene

Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
