We are looking for a vibrant & enthusiastic dental assistant and receptionist to join our team on a full time or part time basis. We are a busy dental practice with three dentists working per day performing a lot of major dental, meaning multi tasking will be a must with initiative thinking. We have a beautiful team full of support and a fun/loving attitude, we work hard but we like to always have a laugh and enjoy the work that we do.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Greet patients and help them feel comfortable in the dental practice;
Carry out reception duties, stock management and computer operation
Assist dentists, hygienists and therapists during a variety of treatment procedures;
Prepare the dental surgery both before and after treatments;
Ensure proper standards of infection control are maintained;




Process instruments after use;
Organise and transfer instruments during dental procedures;
Expose, process and catalogue radiographs (X-rays);
Make, trim and polish plaster and stone models of the mouth and teeth from impressions taken by a dental clinician;

Experience in a similar role would be excellent, but if you don't have experience we provide extensive training regardless.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
