We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous pharmacy experience, with additional experience in beauty, skincare and cosmetics. Priceline Pharmacy experience and familiarity with FRED Dispense are highly preferred, however, candidates with experience in other pharmacy settings are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
Assisting customers with their pharmacy and front-of-shop needs
Recommending and selling skincare, beauty and cosmetic products
Providing product advice based on customers' skincare and beauty needs
Assisting with prescription and pharmacy-related tasks as required
Using FRED for pharmacy operations
Maintaining excellent product knowledge across skincare and beauty ranges
Stock management, merchandising and replenishment
Operating the POS and processing sales
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy
Supporting the pharmacist and pharmacy team with day-to-day duties
Following pharmacy procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer care

About You





The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous pharmacy assistant experience
Experience using FRED Dispense — preferred
Priceline Pharmacy experience — highly preferred
Experience or a robust interest in beauty and skincare
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence recommending beauty and skincare products
A friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner
Positive attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team
A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

Priceline and FRED experience are preferred but not essential. We will also consider applicants with experience in other pharmacy environments who have the right attitude and customer-service skills.
