Makibe Australia is seeking a CNC Turret Punch Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Minto. Our client is one of Australia’s manufacturer specialising in high-quality continuous hinges and custom hinge components.

This position offers stable, long-term employment within a professional, well-organised and safety-focused setting.
Monday- Friday
$50.00-$56.25 casual rate

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate Amada CNC turret punch and guillotine machines
Complete tooling changes, adjustments and machine setups
Interpret technical drawings and production specifications
Conduct accurate measurements and quality inspections
Maintain tooling, equipment and general workshop standards
Perform routine machine maintenance
Work with the Operations Manager and production team to achieve production requirements
Comply with all WHS and company procedures

About You

You will ideally have:




Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC turret punching
Strong knowledge of tooling and machine setup
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing or fabrication
Ability to accurately interpret drawings and measure components
Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
Skilled communication and teamwork capabilities
Reliable approach and strong work ethic
