The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated accountability for performance and productivity.
Manage subcontractors and trades - primary project point person in dealing with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.
Oversee the day to day progress of your assigned projects.
Prepare tenders and contract bids.
Plan, schedule, implement, operate and coordinate activities/work programs to meet deadlines.
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Handle quality control – oversee standard and progress of subcontractors’ work.
Inspect all work.
Negotiate bills with subcontractors.

Qualifications/Skills Required: Degree Level and /or Five years relevant work experience.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
