We are looking for a trade-qualified Fitter and Machinist to join our team in building industrial transmissions and gearboxes. This is a full time position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, day shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform strip downs, rebuilds, reassemblies, and work on new gearboxes.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and workplace safety.
Work with heavy machinery and industrial power transmission equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and use workshop measuring equipment.
Ensure the workshop environment is clean, protected, and all equipment is in working order.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with gearboxes and industrial power transmission equipment.
Proven ability to work with heavy machinery.
Strong understanding of safety protocols.
