About the role

Provide early intervention with young children in their home, childcare, kindergarten and other natural environments. Practitioners manage their own availability, scheduling and invoicing, with Best Future providing referrals, systems, clinical support and professional development. Sessions are typically around three hours. Hourly rates are inclusive of travel, with no additional travel payment.

Key responsibilities
Provide early intervention services with young children in community-based settings

Conduct sessions typically around three hours in duration
Work with families and children in natural environments
Progress through ESDM training and certification pathway
Undertake and complete advanced training and certification as soon as possible

About you
Background in psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, education, early childhood, art therapy, applied behaviour analysis (ABA) or related developmental or behavioural fields
Enjoy working with young children and families
Reliable and organised
Interest in ESDM and naturalistic developmental behavioural intervention




Current driver licence and access to a car are essential due to the community-based nature of the role
