With practices in Wollongong and Dapto, Illawarra Medical Imaging provides quality care with personal and friendly service to our referrers and patients.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our team. This is a full time position 5 days per week.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Meet and greet patients
Scheduling patient appointments
Answering incoming calls
Provide information regarding procedures and preparations
Invoicing and receipting patient accounts
General office admin, petty cash, post office, banking, deliveries.
The successful candidate will have:
A caring and compassionate manner
Robust attention to detail
Ability to multi-task within a busy team setting
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A 'can-do' attitude and medical customer service experience would be ideal.
