Scrooz Fasteners is looking for an energetic and reliable person to join our warehouse team.

We are one of Australia’s fastest-growing ecommerce fastener and construction consumables businesses, supplying tradespeople and companies nationwide. We are a family-owned business with a friendly team environment and real opportunities to grow.

This role would suit someone looking to start their career in warehousing, ecommerce, logistics, or trade supply. You do not need previous warehouse experience — we are happy to train the right person.

About the role

You will be helping our team pick, pack, organise, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

The work is hands-on, active, and fast-paced. You’ll be working with small parts, fasteners, tools, and construction consumables, so attention to detail is key.

Duties include
Picking customer orders from warehouse shelves
Packing orders accurately and neatly
Preparing stock and goods for dispatch
Helping keep the warehouse organised and tidy
Checking products and quantities
Assisting with general warehouse duties
Learning how ecommerce order fulfilment works





What we’re looking for

No previous experience is required, but you must have the right attitude.

We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and turns up on time
Fit and happy to be on their feet during the day
Willing to learn
Able to follow instructions
Careful with details and numbers
Able to work as part of a team
Comfortable with basic reading, writing, and counting
Positive, friendly, and motivated

Experience with warehousing, tools, construction products, fasteners, or small parts would be helpful, but it is not essential.
